Mesclun Greens with Sweet Italian Dressing

Ingredients

Ingredients Sauce
Mesclun greens 150g Best Foods Thousand Island Dressing 125ml
Cherry tomatoes (halved) 60g Probiotic drink 50ml
Asparagus (cooked and sliced) 60g Knorr Italiana Paste Provence 5g
Oranges (wedged) 60g

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients to a jug blender and blend well.
  2. Drizzle it over mesclun greens and serve.
  3. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, asparagus and orange wedges.
